When can I expect my order? All of our orders are shipped out within 24 hours of the order being placed and are delivered by Royal Mail. We use 2nd class delivery as standard so allow 48 hours for delivery |

What will my products come shipped in? At conscious.cleaning we place a lot of importance on ensuring all our products are plastic free and sustainable. That is why we have opted for single walled recycled cardboard boxes, as they are much easier to recycle again. We also use compostable and biodegradable tape and labels to ensure they too, leave no trace on the earth |
Can I track my order? Currently, we do not offer a tracking service for our customers. If your package has not arrived within 10 days of placing your order, please email info@conscious.cleaning and we will sort out your issue. |
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been processed? We may be able to cancel or amend your order if it has not been dispatched. Please reach out to us at info@conscious.cleaning and we will see if we can help. Unfortunately once the item has been shipped there is no possibility to cancel. |
What is your return policy? We have a 30 day returns policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. |
How do I return my order? Please reach out to info@conscious.cleaning to discuss returning your order to us. Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. |
What methods of payment do you accept? You can shop online using Apple Pay, Paypal,Google Pay or we also accept card payment via American Express, Visa or Mastercard. |
Does conscious.cleaning ship internationally? Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of the UK, but check back in the future in case anything changes |
Are my card details safe? Absolutely, we process all transactions using Stripe through secure servers so your card details will stay confidential. We do not have access to your details. We also accept PayPal payments. |

How does my conscious.cleaning subscription work? It's really simple... First, pick which product you'd like to subscribe to. You can find all our kits here. Or check out individual products that can also be setup with a subscription here Secondly, select the frequency you'd like to receive your deliveries (1 month, 2 month, 3 month) Thirdly, select the quantity you'd like to receive. Finally, enter your shipping and billing information, and you're all set. If something changes, don’t worry. You can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription deliveries in your account at any time. Just log into your account at www.conscious.cleaning/account to make any adjustments. |
If I sign up for a conscious.cleaning subscription, will it renew automatically? Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every 1, 2, or 3 months depending on the frequency you selected during your initial purchase. If you want to modify, change the date of your next order, skip your next order, or cancel your subscription, log into your account on our website. Once you're logged in, click on ‘My Subscriptions’ and select the subscription you’d like to update. |

I won't be needing my conscious.cleaning products for a while. How do I put my subscription on hold? You can pause your conscious.cleaning subscription at any time. To do so, just sign into your account on our website and click on ‘My Subscriptions’. Select the subscription you want to adjust, select Frequency and choose ‘Pause’ to put your subscription on hold. You will not be charged for any subscription refills while your subscription is on hold. You can also choose to skip your next refill order by selecting 'Skip Refill Order' under Subscription Settings. |
Will I get a reminder email before my next shipment? You certainly will, we send a reminder 3 days before any payment is taken and any products are shipped just to give you some time to make any changes, add any products or pause you delivery as you need to. |
It says I don't have an account. This might be because no account was setup when you made your first purchase or first setup your subscription. If this is the case, all you need to do is set one up. Click here and use the same email address that you used when you made your purchase with, this will then ensure your subscription or purchases are linked. Will my products arrive in plastic packaging? Absolutely not, at conscious.cleaning we want to make sure we leave no or as little trace as possible, so we have focused on making as much as possible compostable - meaning that they are certified to break down completely into non-toxic components (water, carbon dioxide and biomass) without doing any harm to the environment - or at least recyclable. And that includes all our packaging |
What is your packaging made of? All our products are delivered in recycled cardboard boxes that can, in turn be recycled. We only use tape that is biodegradable and compostable. |
Can I recycle the packaging? Absolutely, all of our delivery boxes and tape is made from recycled cardboard and can be recycled using your local collection services. |

Who is conscious.cleaning? Lyndsay & Annemarie, two ladies who love the earth but are just not into cleaning (the irony). Their vision of accelerating the end of single-use plastic in household products has finally become a reality. Its a dream come true for them to start a business that is good for the earth and enables them to support small suppliers and other female-led businesses like themselves. Do you manufacture your own products? We have made the decision to work with other brands and manufacturers to produce the cleaning products and accessories we stock on our website. However, each one of our suppliers has been carefully selected based on their brand, values and commitment to sustainability |
Are you products vegan & cruelty free? All of our products are vegan and contain no animal derived ingredients. They are not tested on animals and we do not collaborate with businesses who do. Neither we nor any of our suppliers test on animals and we won't work with anyone who requires animal testing. |
Are your products safe for use around pets and children? Once diluted, our cleaning products are non-toxic and not harmful to the environment or aquatic life. However we'd always recommend checking with your vet in the case of specific household pets as we use essential oils which can sometimes be harmful to some animals. |
Are your products hazardous to the environment or aquatic life?Once diluted according to the instructions (250ml of water for oven and floor cleaners, and 500ml of water for all other eco-pods) our eco-pods are non toxic, not hazardous and not harmful to the environment or aquatic life. |
