NEWS: The Hidden Truth: Plastic where you'd least expect it

This blog was hard to write because it focuses on the ugly and unavoidable truth, that Plastic really is everywhere, even in the places you’d least expect it. Although hard to write, we felt it was an important one to highlight the extent of the problem we’re facing.  So let’s start with the cold hard facts…. In 2017, only 46% of UK plastic packaging from all sectors was collected for recycling. Of this, only 34% was recycled in the UK, with the rest exported to other countries for recycling. GREEN CLEANING: The myths of sustainable laundry washing

Washing your dirty laundry rather randomly seems to be the one household chore in which everyone has a horror story or two to tell. My own personal disaster story is of my dad (my parents were divorced when I was 4) washing a very expensive and borrowed grey Champion hoodie, along with a rather pretty maroon top (mine!).
